Mr Ws Lab Ltd respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about you. This Privacy Policy defines how Mr Ws Lab Ltd collects and uses personal and non-personal information in relation to the application ("app") Pencil Box.

If Mr Ws Lab Ltd makes material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, Mr Ws Lab Ltd will notify you by means of a notice within the Pencil Box app. Your continued use of Pencil Box will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data:
Pencil Box does not collect or use any personal data that may be used to identify or contact you, without your consent. Pencil Box does not collect or use email addresses, telephone numbers, credit cards numbers, account names, account numbers or other information that would enable Mr Ws Lab Ltd to identify you without your consent. Pencil Box will only collect information and store information after you have successfully signed in or created a class environment. By signing in, you consent to the sharing of information including app canvas content and login information. Pencil Box contains tools that allow you to upload documents (primarily used for the sharing of work with your teacher and those within the working environment). You will be asked at first use as to whether you would like to grant the app access to your library and/or camera. Photos or other sensitive images that might identify you or provide sensitive information are uploaded at your own risk. No photos are uploaded without your consent, however, by using the app, you consent to the controller taking a copy of the canvas you are working on as part of the working environment for use whilst in the classroom/workplace. By uploading you consent to the image being used by the controller of a session (teacher or class code creator) for possible further distribution to anyone within the same class code environment. To create a class code, a password is required. The password is provided by you, encrypted and retained according to the data retention clause. All content is currently stored within the EEA.
Non-personal data:
Mr Ws Lab Ltd may use tools software to collect and use certain non-personal data that does not enable Mr Ws Lab Ltd to identify you. The types of non-personal data Mr Ws Lab Ltd may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) mobile device type ; (ii) mobile device software version; (iii) geographical data no more accurate than metropolitan areas; (iv) total time of app usage and usage of filters; (v) other non-personal app data as reasonably required by Mr Ws Lab Ltd to enhance its features.
Mr Ws Lab Ltd may use the collected data for purposes of analyzing usage of the app, managing and providing Pencil Box and to further develop Mr Ws Lab Ltds services and products.
Your Consent:
By using the app, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by Mr Ws Lab Ltd. “Processing,” means using cookies/sessions/application memory on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which take place in the EEA. In the event you wish your data to be removed from the app, please contact the "Data controller" (the class code creator) who will be able to reset/remove all information provided and stored.
If Mr Ws Lab Ltd Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via a prominent notice on the support page Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Children:
Mr Ws Lab Ltd does not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 11. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact Mr Ws Lab Ltd at mrwslab@gmail.com . Mr Ws Lab Ltd will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security:
Mr Ws Lab Ltd is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Mr Ws Lab Ltd provides electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information Pencil Box processes and maintains. For example, Mr Ws Lab Ltd limits access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know the information in order to operate, develop or improve the Pencil Box app. Please be aware that, although Mr Ws Lab Ltd endeavors to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Data Retention:
Mr Ws Lab Ltd retains the information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy. If the collected information has not been removed by the "Data controller" and is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Mr Ws Lab Ltd shall delete all aforementioned information in its possession.

Whilst the app is provided as is, it is a free educational app. Please adhere to the copyright notices of any documents electronically copied by using the camera tool. As the user, if you unlawfully make an electronic copy of a resource and distribute it, you are liable as the controller/user for any damages.
